The main criteria of papers selection are the following:   

• The material should be authentic.
• Materials which have been reported at a scientific conference can be accepted only after essential reworking. The reference to this conference should be included into the text of the article.
• The problem stated and the solution suggested must be justified.
• Proposed solutions should be new and practical.
• The paper must not contain any advertising or limited access information.
• The paper must be formatted according to the editorial board requirements.
• The priority is given to the papers on safety, efficiency and energy saving.
