Paper formatting rules:

The text body must be single spaced and arranged in 2 columns, font - Arial, font size – 10.

The paper title (no more than 10-12 words), authors’ surnames and initial letters of first and other names, organization’s name with full legal address (city and country), author’s abstract, key words of the paper are arranged across the width of the page.

Graphs and figures must be presented in jpg, tif or MS Word format. The figure elements may be labeled if necessary. In this case numeric labels are to be explained under the figure. The font size for labels in or under the figures (graphs) is 8 (Arial). Figures and graphs should be black-and-white only.

Tables must be in editable form. Formulae must be made in Microsoft Equation 3.0 or Math Type 5.0-6.0 Equation (font - Arial, font size – 10), arranged in one column.

All references must be numbered in square brackets in  the text and listed in the REFERENCES section in the order they appear in the text.

If the paper is based on materials of research projects funded through federal competitions and government grants, there must be a reference to this competition (grant) in the text with indication of the competition details.  There must be a reference list and information about the authors at the end of the text (place of employment, occupation, academic title, academic degree, and contact information).

Editorial Board  retains the right to edit the papers.
